OPTIONAL SHOPPING RESEARCH

What matters when you shop?

Help us understand broad beauty shopping preferences in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. Taking part is optional and does not change your account, prices or access.

This survey records preferences you report, not verified retailer purchases. We do not reuse your private account or skin questionnaire for this research. Read our research privacy notice.

Where do you shop?Which brand do you prefer most?Which type do you buy most often? How often do you usually replace that type? What matters most when you choose?I am 18 or older and choose to contribute these shopping preferences for optional market research. I agree that country-level monthly statistics may be shared with or licensed to beauty businesses. This is separate from my account, purchase and skin profile.

No name, email, account ID, IP address, free text or health details are stored in the research answers. A separate random browser receipt lets you update or withdraw unfinalized answers. It expires after 45 days and is renewed if you submit again.

Withdraw using this browser before the 8th of next month (UTC). We then combine eligible answers into monthly counts, hide small groups and delete individual answers. Combined counts cannot be traced back for withdrawal. They are retained for up to 24 months.
