BILLING SAFETY STANDARD
Target prices are set. Charging stays locked until verified.
- The payment provider must approve the standalone Beauty+ software service.
- Local price, tax, currency and final total must be shown before approval.
- Renewal, cancellation, failed-payment, refund and entitlement flows must pass end to end.
- Any annual-refund usage threshold must be objective and shown before payment.
- Every paid alert, history and report claim must work in all three launch markets.
