Listing exists
Confirm that the retailer page or retailer-provided record still exists for the exact item.

DEEP DIVE · AVAILABILITY
A product can be listed and available in one warehouse while a shade, set, brand or ingredient category is unavailable to a specific destination. Availability evidence must match the exact item and market.
Confirm that the retailer page or retailer-provided record still exists for the exact item.
Check the required size, shade, pack or version rather than a parent listing's general status.
Use a retailer field or checkout observation showing that the exact item can ship to SG, MY or PH.
Show when availability was checked. If it can no longer be confirmed, label it unknown rather than calling it available or unavailable.
WHY LISTINGS MISLEAD
Retailer search pages may show a parent product while the required variant is sold out. A feed can also lag behind the checkout or omit destination restrictions.
Marketplace and cross-border catalogues may vary by country. An offer observed for Singapore should not be copied into Malaysia or the Philippines without separate evidence.
Back-order, pre-order and low-stock states are not equivalent to ready-to-ship inventory. Preserve the retailer's supplied status and avoid turning urgency labels into guarantees.
Exact item, current stock and destination route are supported by the retailer page or checkout.
Pre-order, back-order or quantity limits are clearly labelled rather than ranked as ordinary stock.
The feed and product or checkout evidence disagree and require review.
The variant is sold out, blocked for the destination or no longer supported.
WHEN STATUS IS UNCLEAR
An offer should appear as currently buyable only when the exact item and shopping country were checked recently enough to support that claim.
If the route cannot be confirmed, mark it unknown or awaiting recheck. Use unavailable only when the retailer or checkout actually shows that the item cannot be bought for that country.
